Meredith announced today that Amy Simmons has been named as the new associate publisher for Fitness magazine, effective immediately. Simmons will report to publisher Lee Slattery. Simmons served as associate publisher of Jane magazine. Prior to Jane, Simmons was held ad director at Men’s Journal.
Jane folded in July.
